Outline of Application Procedures for Single Entry Visas　(for a stay of up to 90 days) (Non-Chinese applicants)

1. Applicants
Visa application are accepted only from residents in Guangdong Province, Fujian Province, Guangxi Zhuang　Autonomous　Region and Hainan Province. Only those with long-term resident status can apply for a visa.

2. Required Documents
① Passport
② Application form (2 pieces of the application form for Nationals of Russian, CIS countries or Georgia)
③ 1 photo (4.5cm×3.5cm , 2 pieces of the application form for Nationals of Russian, CIS countries or Georgia)
④ Itinerary
⑤ Photocopy of applicant’s bankbook
⑥　 Certificate of applicant’s employment

Others:
＊Business visitors: 　Letter from an inviting company in Japan
＊Visit friends/relatives:　 invitation letter, [Jyuminhyo] or certified copy of both sides of the “Residence card” of your friends/relatives
＊Tourists: 　hotel reservation

Additional documents may be requested during the course of examination.

3. Accredited Travel Agent
Applicants are advised to apply visa at an accredited travel Agent approved by the Japanese Consulate.
